Reporting directly to Debra Ferguson, Chief People Officer (CPO) at CrossVue, Hillary will assume a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent strategy.
In this capacity, Hillary will oversee the establishment and management of CrossVue’s new Talent Center of Excellence (COE). This encompasses a comprehensive array of functions, including Career Development, Employee Engagement, Culture, Communications, and Learning, with a primary focus on fostering retention, skill enhancement, and professional growth.
Bringing over 12 years of extensive experience spanning Consulting, Organizational Effectiveness, Transformation, HR Technology, and Change, Hillary has held key positions across various industries, including Government, Hospitality, Insurance, Energy & Utilities, Mining, and Services. Her distinguished career includes roles such as Global Career Strategy & Design, Global Transformation Lead, and Senior Managing Consultant at IBM, among roles at other organizations, reflecting her multifaceted expertise and strategic acumen.
Hillary’s professional achievements have been widely recognized, earning her accolades for excellence in leadership and people advocacy. Shortly after receiving her MBA, Hillary served a 3-year tenure on the Board of Advisors for the George Washington School of Business and continues to donate her time as an alumni mentor, guiding and coaching both graduate and undergraduate students.
