By separating the delivery and consulting functions, CrossVue is reinforcing its ability to deliver a seamless client experience—from strategic planning to execution. This structure will strengthen internal alignment, improve project outcomes, and ensure a more cohesive approach to addressing client needs.
As Chief Delivery Officer, Britton will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and Client Account Lead (CAL) teams. With over 15 years of experience leading large-scale programs and business transformation efforts, Britton will focus on refining the company’s delivery strategy, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent project outcomes.
