CrossVue Announces Leadership Changes: Hearing leads Advisory Council, Ferguson is COO

Chicago, IL, July 10, 2024 —CrossVue, a leading boutique consulting firm that seamlessly integrates technology, operational efficiencies, organizational transformation, and data analytics, today announces key leadership changes aimed at streamlining its organizational structure and reinforcing its commitment to excellence. These strategic shifts are designed to propel the firm into its next phase of growth and innovation in the ever-evolving consulting landscape.

Brian Hearing, who has played a pivotal role in CrossVue’s success, will transition to lead the firm’s inaugural Advisory Council. With over 30 years of experience, including more than 16 years dedicated to the Workday ecosystem, Brian’s strategic guidance in this new role will be invaluable to the firm’s future success.

“Brian has been a cornerstone of our company, and I am deeply thankful for his leadership, which has played a crucial role in our growth,” said Jill Jones, CEO of CrossVue. “As a member of our CrossVue Advisory Council, he will continue to guide our management team through the complexities of our industry to achieve our firm’s long-term strategy and objectives.”

As part of this strategic shift, Debra Ferguson will step into an expanded role as our new Chief Operating Officer, taking over Brian’s responsibilities for client operations while maintaining her current responsibilities overseeing people operations. Debra’s extensive background in Consulting and HR, including her time as a Managing Director and Partner at companies including Accenture, Grant Thornton, and IBM, where she managed over $200M in revenue and led large-scale, global projects, makes her uniquely qualified for this role.

“Debra’s leadership in her new role will continue to elevate our standards and drive our Culture of Excellence,” added Jones. “Her background serving industries such as Retail and Consumer Products, as well as Healthcare, Professional Services, and Financial Services makes her incredibly valuable to lead CrossVue’s people and client operations.”

Debra’s new responsibilities will encompass all aspects of project delivery, ensuring a cohesive approach to managing the firm’s most important assets: their people and clients.
