Julie Ramzel

Julie leads our Finance and Accounting, IT and Data Security, and Business Intelligence teams; she focuses on driving CrossVue’s financial strategy while identifying opportunities to enhance our operational execution.
Julie is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with over 30 years of experience delivering strategic financial leadership and operational excellence. Known for her ability to align financial strategies with organizational objectives, Julie has a proven record of managing multi-national financial responsibilities, streamlining operations, and enhancing profitability. She excels at fostering cross-functional collaboration and building high-performing teams that drive efficiency, accuracy, and long-term success.
Before joining CrossVue, Julie held a variety of leadership roles across diverse industries. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Utegration, where she was a strategic member of the executive leadership team, overseeing global accounting functions, financial planning, and reporting. During her tenure, she collaborated closely with the Board of Directors and private equity stakeholders to align financial strategies with business goals. Julie has also held Director-level positions at 212 Resources, Igloo Products Corp., and Mad Croc Brands, where she developed innovative financial models, managed regulatory compliance, and led financial operations for global entities. Earlier in her career, she gained extensive auditing and accounting experience at KPMG Peat Marwick.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
On a personal note, Julie and her husband live and play golf in The Woodlands, Texas. She enjoys traveling, cycling and playing with her third son, Trey, the Vizsla.
