Jill Jones

Jill is a dedicated leader with a history of helping her teams and clients succeed.
Jill is a founding board member and the Chief Executive Officer of CrossVue. Throughout her career, Jill has gained valuable experience in a wide array of business areas, from leading service lines, overseeing sales and alliance teams, to managing client relationships and project teams across several industries. Today, her history of client service, developing value-added strategies and completing successful technology implementations acts as the foundation for the firm’s full suite of services.
Prior to joining CrossVue, Jill was the Partner in charge of the Workday practice at CrossCountry. Before that, she spent five years at KPMG as a Managing Director, in addition to serving as the Global Workday Leader at Towers Watson and a Practice Leader at Appirio.
Jill is also a founding board member of the Chicago chapter of the Greenhouse Scholars program where she is passionate about equipping young leaders from underserved communities with actionable strategies to develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
For her career achievements and contributions, Jill has earned professional awards for exceptional performance, including the Above and Beyond Award and the Seven Seals Award for CrossVue’s programs that prioritize the increased employment and support of American military veterans.
Jill received her BA from the University of Michigan.
On a personal note, Jill is highly competitive and never shies from a challenge. She is an avid hiker, traveler, and runner, competing in both the Chicago Triathlon and Marathon.
