Debra oversees our client and people operations. She is responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery and ensuring a cohesive approach to handling the firm’s most valuable assets: its people and clients.

Debra has over 25 years of experience in Consulting and Human Resources with a proven track record of creating exceptional employee experiences and fostering high-performing, inclusive cultures. She consistently drives excellence in project delivery. Her combined expertise in people management, HCM technology, and client service enables her to develop top talent and cultivate a culture of excellence that benefits both our organization’s employees and clients.

Debra’s professional background includes senior leadership roles at prominent firms in the industry. As a Managing Director and Partner at companies including Accenture, Grant Thornton, and IBM, she successfully managed over $200 million in revenue and led complex, global projects. Her comprehensive experience spans all areas of operational optimization on a global scale.

Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from DePaul University, which complements her global business perspective.
