Tracey Luehring
Chief Financial Officer
Tracey leads our Finance and Accounting, IT and Data Security, and Business Intelligence teams; she focuses on driving CrossVue’s financial strategy while identifying opportunities to enhance our operational execution.
Tracey has over 20 years of experience overseeing functional teams across technology and professional services. Her career spans both private equity backed, public companies, and banking. She specializes in creating a collaborative and rewarding culture where internal functions serve as business partners focused on optimizing delivery margin to create shareholder value while also prioritizing external client needs to optimize returns.
Prior to joining CrossVue, Tracey served as CFO at VikingCloud where she supported the firm’s finance team buildout after a series of acquisitions. In the Fortune 500 public sector, she held Segment CFO roles with JLL leading them through external positioning transformation and launching multiple new external lines; at Aon she held various senior finance roles focused on M&A and business operations. Her early foundation in investment and commercial banking at LaSalle Bank (ABN Amro) and BNP Paribas grounded her career in driving strategic decision-making across many industries.
Tracey received her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management and her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Personally, Tracey enjoys weekend time at home with her family, is an avid supporter of the pit bull breed, and consumes far too many gummy bears on a regular basis.
